TEHMASHIMPEX JSC is engaged in mass production of plastic items, parts and components for audio and video equipment (TV sets, monitor units, washing machines, refrigerators etc.).
Our production facilities allow the production of: cabinets and panels for monitor units and TV sets (up to 75 '' in size), covers, connecting pipes, flexible plastic, sealing rings, dose meters and many other parts.
The items are produced based on individual designs. We work with customers’ moulds or may design and produce a mould according to your design.
We have 17 injection molding machines installed, with the clamping force from 180 to 2,300 tons. All moulds are subject to regular inspections, preventive maintenance and repair. The paint shop and assembly line enable the turnkey manufacture of products.
