National project "Labor Productivity"
Dear colleagues, I am proud to announce that our enterprise was among the enterprises of the Kaluga region where the National Project “Labor Productivity” was launched, the goal of which is to increase labor productivity through the use of lean production tools, as well as increase qualifications and involvement of personnel. The operator of the project is the Federal Competence Center (FCC).
Participation in the program is an important stage in development for each of us and for the Company as a whole. We, together with RCC experts, will develop methods and plans aimed at increasing production efficiency, motivating personnel, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and its products.
The component production process for the Haer company was chosen as a pilot flow, but subsequently the program will be implemented in all structural divisions of the enterprise and applied to all types of manufactured products.
As a result of the project, the enterprise's productivity should increase by at least 5% at the end of the first year with the prospect of increasing the indicator to a level of at least 15% at the end of the third year of implementation compared to the base value.
To achieve the set goals, an active diagnosis of the state of production is carried out, which will make it possible to build a current map of the flow of value creation, problems are identified and measures are developed to eliminate them. Next, we will implement the planned actions and start working on the new process.
For each participant involved in the change process, this is an invaluable experience, an opportunity for self-development and increasing their effectiveness.
We have difficult but interesting work ahead of us to implement changes, and the result is worth it!
