Plastic items are widely used in the service and retail sectors. Baskets and carts for supermarkets, boxes and containers to keep and transport food and industrial products are made of plastic.
TEHMASHIMPEX JSC offers mass custom production of plastic containers. We manufacture products using various polymers and their compounds: polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (HIPS), polycarbonate (PC), ABS plastic, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The material selection depends on the conditions of use.
The items are produced based on individual designs. We work with customers’ moulds or may design and produce moulds according to your design.
We have 17 injection molding machines installed, with the clamping force from 180 to 2,300 tons. All moulds are subject to regular inspections, preventive maintenance and repair. The paint shop and assembly line enable the turnkey manufacture of products.
